Correct. TempoPay does not charge employees any interest or fees.

How much does TempoPay cost?

The Per Employee Per Month (PEPM) investment is based on the number of employees and the individual spending limit offered. Please contact our team for pricing.

Where can employees use TempoPay?

TempoPay can be used to pay for healthcare wherever Visa® is accepted. This includes doctors, specialists, dentists, orthodontists, vision care, for medical equipment, at pharmacies, and more. TempoPay can also be used for well-being expenses not typically covered by insurance.

What if an employee leaves the company with an unpaid balance?

Employers are not responsible for unpaid balances. We work with the employee on a plan that meets their needs.

Does TempoPay replace pre-tax benefits like an FSA or HSA?

No. TempoPay is a post-tax healthcare benefit that complements your existing pre-tax programs.

How much work is it to implement TempoPay?

Our payroll connection provides the most seamless experience for your team. In most cases we can launch within 2-3 weeks!
